  Worst place in the world to rent or lease from. This Mary Brown will tell you anything to get you to sign the lease and then those nothing. She is a complete liar and should not be believed. Also when something breaks in the property they will not fix.. Renters beware especially 7306 n hill rd Marengo il.. I rented the place for 2 years nothing but problems. Advantage plus wouldn't fix the pool heater or the mold problems with the house. Please be aware that the house is old and needs repairs. Be smart and rent from someone who has integrity and honesty. Oh almost forgot they will keep your security deposit. You have been warned!
